Loans

Our construction lenders fund loans for both new home builders and various commercial properties.

Portfolios $10 million to $100 million. Terms of 3, 5, 7, or 10 years with amortization up to 30 years.

SBA

Our SBA preferred lenders specialize in both the 504 and 7a programs. With an SBA 504 loan, money can be used to buy a building, finance ground-up construction or building improvements, or purchase heavy machinery and equipment.

Available for the acquisition or refinance of stabilized strip centers or single tenant properties starting at only $75,000.

Joining us as a VP we pay 75% of the total loan revenue as a commercial agent which is much higher than the industry average. This leaves you room to pay referral sources such as loan officers at other banks and credit unions who are limited on what they can lend on.
